Casey and Dan,
Attached are a couple of pictures of fish I caught on your jigs. I got into trying swimming a jig after reading Swimming Jigs, by Jimmy Johnson. I initially had success in early spring with smallmouth. The first picture is of 2 4lb smallies i caught about 3 years ago. The second picture is of a largmouth I caught this past October. I live in New Jersey but have a home on Lake St. Catherine, in VT. I love prespawn smallmouth and during the summer, I catch mostly largemouth. I have been trying to break the 6lb level, and I thought for sure that largemouth would exceed 6 but it was just short. I struggle the most in the fall when I close the house for the winter. So, when I caught that fish, it made my year. I have the most success with your dark colors, junebug, black,blue, black/purple. I use mostly 5" yamomoto single tail grubs. You make a great jig. Keep it up. In a couple of months I will be stocking up for the spring. Merry Christmas!
